1. Our Commitment
Breedly: Pet Matching & Care is a pet-focused platform that helps users create pet profiles, discover compatible pets, connect with other pet owners, send requests, and communicate through in-app messaging.
Breedly has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, or any other conduct that puts children at risk.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users must not use Breedly to create, upload, store, request, distribute, promote, or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of minors.
- Sexual exploitation, grooming, solicitation, or sexualization of children.
- Attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
- Requests for, offers of, or distribution of sexual content involving minors.
- Links, instructions, or other material intended to facilitate child sexual exploitation.
- Any other conduct that violates applicable child-safety or child-protection laws.
Breedly also prohibits harassment, threats, coercion, impersonation, and other abusive behavior that may put users or minors at risk.
3. Reporting Child-Safety Concerns
Users can report suspected child-safety violations or other harmful content through Breedly's available in-app reporting or support channels.
When submitting a report, users should provide enough information for Breedly to identify the relevant account, message, profile, or content. Users should not redistribute suspected CSAM when making a report.

4. Review, Removal, and Enforcement
Breedly may review reports and available information to assess suspected violations of these standards. Where appropriate, Breedly may take action including:
- Removing or restricting prohibited content.
- Restricting, suspending, or terminating accounts.
- Blocking users from contacting or interacting with others.
- Preserving relevant information where legally appropriate or required.
- Reporting suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.
Breedly may take immediate action when necessary to protect children or other users.
5. Cooperation With Authorities
Breedly will cooperate with valid legal requests and applicable law-enforcement or child-protection processes relating to suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation, subject to applicable law and privacy requirements.
6. User Safety
Breedly is designed for pet-related interactions and is not a dating service. Users are expected to keep communications and interactions relevant to the platform's pet-focused purpose and to respect the safety and privacy of other users.
Users should not share sensitive personal information about themselves or another person, particularly information relating to a child, through public or private areas of the service.
